Chocolate egg hunt: a family tradition
The Easter Sunday chocolate egg hunt is a wonderful time of fun and family bonding . It creates memories that last a lifetime and delights young and old alike .
Family spirit is also an essential value for Sigoji . The cocoa beans used to make these chocolate eggs are, in fact, grown in Cameroon, on the family plantation of Euphrasie Mbamba, founder of the chocolate factory.
Easter Chocolate Egg Box
Sigoji offers you 6 varieties of chocolate eggs in a box:
1. White Manon
Blanc Manon eggs are made with a Cameroon coffee chocolate mousse and a white chocolate coating (Allergen: lactose).
2. Salted Butter Caramel Milk
Milk Caramel eggs are salted butter caramels with Guérande fleur de sel . The coating is 42% milk chocolate (Allergen: lactose).
3. Black Almonds
Noir Amandes eggs are soft praline chocolates with almonds, with a 68% dark coating (Allergen: lactose).
4. Sparkling white
Sparkling White eggs have an almond-hazelnut praline heart with sparkling sugar and a white chocolate coating (Allergen: lactose and nuts).
5. Milk Puffed Rice
Puffed Rice Eggs consist of an almond-hazelnut praline with crispy puffed rice . The coating is 42% milk chocolate (Allergen: lactose and nuts).
6. Black Peanuts
The black peanut eggs are made with melting peanut praline and Guérande fleur de sel , with a 68% dark chocolate coating (Allergen: nuts).
Sigoji, a rebirth for Euphrasie Mbamba
Easter celebrates the resurrection of Christ in the Christian religion. It also marks the return of spring and symbolizes a form of rebirth .
Euphrasie Mbamba experienced this renaissance when she decided to leave her job as a teacher to devote herself fully to her passion for chocolate . Since 2014, she has combined her love of cocoa, born in the family plantations of Cameroon, and a know-how honed in contact with the best Belgian chocolatiers to offer you intensely original creations .
Love of chocolate with respect for people and the environment
The artisanal chocolate maker, located in the Namur region, is one of the co-founders of the Club des Chocolatiers Engagés , an association that fights for fair remuneration for cocoa bean producers . The beans that Sigoji uses are grown with respect for people and the environment.
